I am Jennifer Aleman Salazar and I am a Loan Officer with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corp – The Heritage Group. After graduating from Southern Methodist University (SMU) in 2004, I had the honor of starting my journey into the Mortgage Industry. I’ve been in this amazing industry for twenty years. With many years in the industry, I also have the privilege of training incoming Loan Officers & Loan Officer Assistants. In 2013, 2015 and 2017 I had the distinct honor of speaking on a panel for Todd Duncan’s Sales Mastery (an annual convention consisting of the top mortgage originators in the nation).
I grew up a “Pastors kid” and watched my dad selflessly help families every day with their needs. This example has lead me to a prime place, where I too am given the honor of helping families out every day with their needs. Whether it’s by seeing a family purchase their first home, or helping a couple know how to restore their credit, my passion is to serve.
I am forty and currently reside in Mesquite with my husband, Tito. My hobbies are traveling & trying new restaurants and fun places in the DFW area. If you have a suggestion for somewhere awesome that you’ve been, let me know! I recently got married to the crush of my lifetime. We met over a decade ago at a mutual friend’s wedding, started dating 5 years later, and got married February 13, 2016. Needless to say, I can finally stop saying, “always a bridesmaid, never a bride”.
